Kirby Misperton Village Hall Hire Charges 2017

Functions

For the main hall up until 7pm £ 15.00 for the first hour and £10.00 for every hour thereafter.

For the main hall after 7pm (kitchen included in hall hire) £ 15.00 per hour

Committee Room  £ 15.00 per event

Weddings £ 200.00 per event

General and European elections £ 140.00 per event

Weekend Bookings   £ 75.00 per event

A bond of £ 100.00 is required with the booking confirmation

If a village resident hires the Village Hall for a personal event a reduction of 50% applies. with the exception of wedding receptions.  The 50% reduction also applies to Village Organisations.

 

Item hire

Below articles are half price for villagers provided the items hired are for their own use and not for persons outside of the village.

Tables £ 4.00 each

Chairs (set of 8) £ 3.00 per set

White tablecloths (A supplementary laundry charge may be levied if appropriate) £ 2.00 each

Cutlery £ 1.50 per 10

Glasses £ 1.50 per 10

Green crockery (cover consists of plate, cup and saucer) £ 1.30 per cover

If any items are broken, damaged or lost then the hirer may be liable for a replacement value payment at the discretion of the Committee.
